- Local working-coast vibe and fishing activity — This is a real, working stretch of coast — fishermen, small boats and industrial activity mingle with nature. It’s a good place to watch daily island life, grab a simple local snack, and keep expectations low on facilities.
- Bird and marine-life watching — Cliffs and rocky shores attract seabirds and shore creatures; you’ll often see terns, gulls and small shorebirds, and offshore there’s a chance of spotting rays or turtles. Bring binoculars if you care about birds.
- Sunsets and dark-sky stargazing — Farther from the main tourist hubs, Seroe Colorado has less light pollution. Stick around after sunset for big color displays and a quieter sky—great if you like low-key evenings and star photos. Bring a flashlight and layers.
