It sits on the western edge of downtown Nassau, in the Bahamas, a short walk from Bay Street. Here is how it works: the distillery is small, so tours are paced in groups and the cool stone buildings fill up when cruise ships dock. Locals and long-stayers go on days when fewer ships are in port, since the tasting is far better when the bar isn’t crowded.
