- The Father and Mother viewing platform: This is the sight everyone comes for. From one lookout you see the twin falls, the taller Father on the left and the smaller Mother on the right, dropping into a shared boulder-strewn basin. A site fee of roughly US$5 is collected at the visitor center, and the walk takes about ten minutes.
- The Mother Falls hot spring pool: At the base of the smaller fall, geothermal water seeps into the rocks and mixes with cold stream water, so the temperature changes every few steps. It is a lovely spot to sit with the spray around you.
- The boulder scramble to the base: Past the platform, a rough route crosses large wet rocks toward the pools. It is slippery and uneven, with a few spots where you use your hands. A local guide shows the safest line, and the reward is

- The visitor center and trail entrance: Before the walk, check the small displays and pay your fee. Staff and guides gather here, and it is the place to ask about water levels after rain, which change how safe the rocks are.
- Papillote Wilderness Retreat and gardens: Just along the road, this garden has tropical flowers, ferns and a small hot-spring pool under a canopy. It is quieter than the falls, and the paths are shaded and pleasant after a muddy scramble.
- Roseau Valley viewpoints on the drive up: The road climbs steeply past banana plots, villages and glimpses of the Roseau River. Stopping at the pullouts gives you a feel for the island's folded green interior.
- Wotten Waven sulfur springs: A few minutes down the valley, the village has hot mud baths and thermal pools in forest settings. The air smells of sulfur, and a soak here is the natural way to end a day at the falls.
