- Summit of Morne de Vitet: The highest point of Saint Barthélemy at 286 meters. The top is open, rocky and windy, and you can turn a full circle to see how small and ridged the island really is.
- Grand Cul-de-Sac view: Looking down from the ridge, you see the shallow lagoon and the reef line that shelters it, with the water shifting between pale turquoise and deeper blue where the bottom drops.
- East coast panorama: The windward shore runs below you in a series of rocky headlands and bays, where Atlantic swell breaks white against dark rock. It looks nothing like the calm leeward side.
- Windward islets: Small islands and rocks sit offshore to the east, and on clear days they stand out sharply against open ocean. They give you a sense of the scale of the sea beyond.
