- Mangrove Boardwalk and Salt Marsh — A rare coastal mangrove system in Egypt with a short wooden walkway through the trees and quiet lagoons. Good for a cool break from the sun, birdwatching, and spotting juvenile fish in the shallows.
- Ras Muhammad Cliffs & Viewpoints — Wind-sculpted sandstone cliffs that give sweeping views where the Gulf of Suez and Gulf of Aqaba seem to meet. Bring binoculars and a sunset plan; it’s one of the best places in Sinai for a simple, dramatic horizon.
- Coral Gardens and Tidal Pools — Shallow reefs dotted with brain coral, plate coral and tiny critters—ideal for lazy snorkeling sessions and tide-pool exploring at low tide. You’ll see turtles, rays and dense schools of reef fish in calm, clear water.
- Birdlife & Migratory Stopover — The park is a regular pit stop for migrating birds; depending on the season you can see terns, herons, and sometimes flamingos or migratory raptors. It’s quiet, meditative wildlife watching that contrasts nicely with the underwater spectacle.
