- Panoramic Lookouts — Several spots give you sweeping views over the valley and surrounding hills. Perfect for a snack break and some low-effort landscape photography. Early morning or late afternoon light is best.
- Birds, Butterflies and Seasonal Wildflowers — Not a safari, but spring brings a noticeable burst of life: migrant and resident birds, colorful butterflies and carpets of wildflowers in sheltered spots. Nice if you enjoy small-scale nature watching between the cultural highlights.
