- Main Three-Tiered Cascade: The classic Kawasan image — a set of layered falls dropping into bright turquoise pools framed by jungle. It’s unbelievably photogenic and the water color is what most people come for.
- Turquoise Swimming Pools & Bamboo Raft: Rice-boat-style bamboo rafts let you float right under the curtain of water or drift across the vivid pools. The color and clarity make swimming here feel almost surreal.
- Canyoneering Route (Alegria → Badian): A full-on adventure through limestone gorges, narrow river passages, cliff jumps, and natural slides. It’s the signature adrenaline experience of the area — wet, muddy, and insanely fun. (Personal favorite.)
- Steep Limestone Gorge: The canyon walls that hem the river create dramatic scenery — narrow, glossy rock faces and shady corridors

- Hidden/Upper Pools: Walk upstream a bit and the crowds thin. Smaller cascades and quieter pools offer a more peaceful swim and better chances to hear only the water and birds.
- Local Guides & Barangay Conservation: The falls are managed by local communities; guides are knowledgeable, safety-conscious, and hiring them supports conservation and households. That local stewardship is a big part of Kawasan’s staying power.
- Natural Jumps & Slides: Scattered rocks form launch points and water-carved slides — if you’re comfortable and sensible, they’re a blast. Watch for currents and ask a guide about safe spots.
