- Sunset lookout from the eastern headland — A short scramble up the rocky headland gives an elevated panorama where the sun drops behind the mainland or out to sea (depending on the coast) and the cove glows. The angle and shape of the bay make the colors stick around longer than on flat beaches.
- Moonlit stargazing and quiet night walks — The beach’s low-light, sheltered location makes it excellent for clear-sky stargazing and peaceful moonlit walks on the sand. No neon nightlife — just waves, stars, and the occasional night bird call.
