- Marked hiking and cycling trails — A good network of trails from Nødebo and nearby villages, ranging from short family loops to longer day hikes. Trails are well signposted so it’s easy to mix forest, lake and wetland sections.
- Esrum Kloster (Esrum Abbey) and visitor spots — The old monastery and its small museum/café sit by the lake edge, so you can mix a nature day with a bit of history and a decent coffee or local brew.
