- Mount Yudychvumchorr — The highest and most famous summit in the range; a classic target for hikers who want a proper alpine feel without ropes. The summit views sweep over glacial valleys, scattered lakes and the patchwork of mine scars below.
- Vudyavr Lakes (Bolshoye & Maloye Vudyavr) — Turquoise, glacial-fed lakes tucked into cirques; perfect for shoreline camping, reflections in calm weather, and an easy escape from the ridges. They also make good landmarks for route-finding.

- Glacial cirques, moraines and waterfalls — The park is full of classic glacial landforms: bowl-shaped cirques, jagged aretes and seasonal waterfalls. Excellent for scrambling, geology nerding and dramatic photo ops after snowmelt.
- Alpine tundra and arctic flora — Low, hardy plants, carpets of lichens and late-summer wildflowers make the high meadows surprisingly colourful. You’ll also find berry patches and unique, hardy ecosystems that change fast with elevation.
- Wildlife & birdwatching — Reindeer (often semi-domesticated herds), ptarmigan, Arctic foxes and various raptors turn up seasonally. Bird migration is lively in spring and autumn; bring binoculars and patience.
- Arctic light: midnight sun and Northern Lights — Above the Arctic Circle so summers bring long, golden evenings and winter nights can light up with auroras. Timing your trip for midnight sun hikes or aurora-chasing makes Khibiny feel otherworldly.
