- Kulikalon Lakes (the main lake basin) — A cluster of high-altitude, glacier-fed lakes tucked into a steep cirque; the color of the water changes with the light and is the park’s main draw for obvious reasons.
- Turquoise water, meltwater streams and waterfalls — Clear, cold streams spill from lake to lake and carve small waterfalls and rapids; great for photos, dipping boots, and watching how the meltwater sculpts the valley.

- Hiking routes and ridge walks — Options range from a doable day return to the main lake to longer multi-day circuits that climb ridges for wide panoramic views; trails are straightforward but can be rough and exposed in places.
- Wildlife and birds — Look for marmots and mountain ungulates on the slopes and keep an eye skyward for raptors; wildlife is shy, but sightings reward patience and quiet walking.
- Camping and night skies — With minimal light pollution, camping by the lakes yields extremely clear stars and quiet nights; bring warm layers — it gets cold fast once the sun sets.
