- The “Walls” rock formations — jagged limestone cliffs and narrow buttresses that give the trail its name; they create dramatic silhouettes, tight rocky squeeze-points and great spots for photos, especially when the sun lights the strata late afternoon.
- Panoramic ridge viewpoints — long, exposed sections where the path runs along the crest and opens out into wide views over the surrounding plain and toward the Akamas/Paphos area; excellent for sunrise or a wind-blown lunch stop.
- Endemic flora and wildflower carpets — in spring the slopes explode with Mediterranean wildflowers and several Cyprus-specialist plants (look for orchids and aromatic herbs); small seasonal patches make the trail smell as good as it looks.
- Mouflon and raptor sightings — the rocky, scrubby terrain is prime mouflon

- Mouflon and raptor sightings — the rocky, scrubby terrain is prime mouflon country and you’ll often glimpse them on ledges; keep an eye up for hawks and other raptors circling the thermals.
- Traditional dry-stone terraces and shepherding traces — old terraces, faint mule tracks and tiny rural chapels dot the route; they’re small cultural touches that remind you this is worked landscape, not just scenery.
