- Soft sand dunes — Pockets of rolling dunes break up the flats; they’re great for short hikes, quick climbs for a view, and that satisfying sand-swish down the slope at golden hour.
- Persian onager (wild ass) viewing — One of the park’s headline species. Dawn and dusk wildlife drives give you the best chance to spot these lean, fast equids grazing in the open desert.
- Gazelles, foxes and desert mammals — Beyond onagers you can encounter goitered gazelles, foxes and signs of hyenas and wolves; tracks and dawn silhouettes make wildlife-watching rewarding even when animals are

- Night sky and solitude — The park’s remoteness means very little light pollution; camp out and you’ll get spectacular star fields, silence, and the full desert-night experience.
